NILE SWIM CLUB EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK​

 

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the Nile Swim Club premises as a member, guest, invitee, vendor, volunteer, sponsor, or member of the public, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation. You release and hold harmless the Nile Swim Club, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and agents from any claims for injury, loss, damage, or liability arising from your presence at the event or on club property, except as otherwise prohibited by law. Entry to the event constitutes acceptance of these terms.

 

Photography and Video Notice: By entering the Nile Swim Club premises for any event, attendees consent to being photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded. Attendees grant the Nile Swim Club permission to use such images, recordings, and likenesses for promotional, advertising, educational, fundraising, and marketing purposes without compensation or further approval. 
 

Media Release Photography and Video Notice: By entering the Nile Swim Club premises for any event, attendees consent to being photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded. Attendees grant the Nile Swim Club permission to use such images, recordings, and likenesses for promotional, advertising, educational, fundraising, and marketing purposes without compensation or further approval.

By purchasing a ticket, accepting admission, entering the premises, attending, participating in, or accompanying a participant at any event held at the Nile Swim Club, whether as a member, guest of a member, invitee, vendor, volunteer, sponsor, contractor, performer, or member of the general public, the attendee acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• The attendee understands that attendance at and participation in activities conducted at the Nile Swim Club and its grounds involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, water-related incidents, athletic and recreational activities, food and beverage consumption, weather conditions, interactions with other attendees, equipment malfunctions, and other unforeseen hazards that may result in personal injury, illness, property damage, or death.

• The attendee voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with entering the premises and attending or participating in any event or activity at the Nile Swim Club.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the attendee releases, waives, discharges, and agrees not to bring any claim, lawsuit, or legal action against the Nile Swim Club, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, members, sponsors, vendors, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns for any injury, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense arising out of or related to attendance at, participation in, or presence on the premises, including claims resulting from ordinary negligence.

• The attendee further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Nile Swim Club and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from the attendee's actions, omissions, conduct, or presence on the premises.

• The attendee agrees to comply with all club rules, event policies, posted notices, safety requirements, and instructions provided by Nile Swim Club staff, security personnel, volunteers, or authorized representatives.

• If the attendee is purchasing tickets for, registering, bringing, or accompanying a minor, the attendee represents that they are the parent or legal guardian of such minor or otherwise authorized to act on the minor's behalf and agrees to all terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor.

 

By purchasing a ticket, accepting admission, or entering the event premises, the attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the terms of this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
