2024 NSC Swim Camp Session I

CAMP DATES-CAMP WILL BE OFFEREED- JULY 8-12 & JULY 15-19.

You have the option to sign up for one week or both. Camp is held Monday-Friday.

To stay competitive, swimmers need to dedicate time to focus on start, turn,and stroke management. Improving fundamentals should be an ongoing practice throughout your swimming career. The Nile Swim Camp is a five day immersive training camp that will provide a collection of techniques and skill evolutions that can help improve start, turn, and stroke times.

Swimmers will receive-

• Expert coaching
• Practices geared to all speed levels
• Challenging in-water training, 2.5 hours daily
• Dry-land sessions and yoga instruction
• Healthy mix of learning and fun
• Daily snacks
• Visits from High School & College Coaches
• Certificates and medals presented to participants

Camp specs

• Participants must be able to swim one length of the pool, tread water, and have a strong passion for swimming.
• Campers will receive -Swimming book, goggles, swim cap, journal, backpack, t-shirt.
• Careers in swimming - Each day, campers will meet with professionals in the Aquatics industry(Swim  Coach,Marine Biologist, Military,etc)
