About the Event
CAMP DATES-CAMP WILL BE OFFEREED- JULY 8-12 & JULY 15-19.
You have the option to sign up for one week or both. Camp is held Monday-Friday.
To stay competitive, swimmers need to dedicate time to focus on start, turn,and stroke management. Improving fundamentals should be an ongoing practice throughout your swimming career. The Nile Swim Camp is a five day immersive training camp that will provide a collection of techniques and skill evolutions that can help improve start, turn, and stroke times.
Swimmers will receive-
- Expert coaching
- Practices geared to all speed levels
- Challenging in-water training, 2.5 hours daily
- Dry-land sessions and yoga instruction
- Healthy mix of learning and fun
- Daily snacks
- Visits from High School & College Coaches
- Certificates and medals presented to participants
Camp specs
- Participants must be able to swim one length of the pool, tread water, and have a strong passion for swimming.
- Campers will receive -Swimming book, goggles, swim cap, journal, backpack, t-shirt.
- Careers in swimming - Each day, campers will meet with professionals in the Aquatics industry(Swim Coach,Marine Biologist, Military,etc)
