CAMP DATES- JULY 6-10
You have the option to sign up for one week or both. Camp is held Monday-Friday.
To stay competitive, swimmers need to dedicate time to focus on start, turn,and stroke management. Improving fundamentals should be an ongoing practice throughout your swimming career. The Nile Swim Camp is a five day immersive training camp that will provide a collection of techniques and skill evolutions that can help improve start, turn, and stroke times.
