NSC SOW (Senior Optimal Wellness ) presents... IBX SOW Thursdays @ NSC Seniors, ages 65+ are invited to join the Nile Swim Club to experience FREE series of enjoyable activities and wellness classes that include, aquatic fitness; interactive brain games; low-impact social and mind relaxation techniques and exercises to enhance memory, learning and attention; improved balance and flexibility while enhancing cardiovascular health to optimize physical, mental, and emotional endurance featuring Tina of Mastah Tee Fitness & Dance along with other special guest instructors. FREE and OPEN to MEMBERS and GENERAL PUBLIC!
