About the Event
Senior Optimal Wellness (SOW)debuts this summer bringing daily events and activities for the senior community. Members are encouraged to bring their friends to swim, relax and enjoy activities pool side. Free for members, $5 for Seniors. 12 Noon- Daily Water Fitness SOW programs start at 1pm Monday Chair Yoga Tuesday Line Dancing Wednesday Floral Design Thursday Quilting Friday Self Defense
Also enjoy swimming, cards, chair massage, board games & vision boards!
